Exercise notes

So I joined a gym and have been working my butt off. Or so I hope. Going to post the workouts here.
30 minutes on Treadmill at 3.0 1.3 miles
10 minutes on the stepper , total of 21 floors.
30 minutes on cycle program. 7.5 miles travelled.
13 laps on track, total 1 mile.
Total steps that day 11300.
